Yes. A large part of our work involves preparing documentation from your country of origin before traveling. Apostilles, criminal records, marriage and birth certificates are best handled before arriving in Spain.
It depends on the procedure, but as a universal baseline: criminal record certificate from your country of origin (with Hague Apostille), birth certificate, and marriage certificate if applicable. At the first consultation we hand you the exact checklist for your case.
Yes. We work with people from Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Dominican Republic, Uruguay and Venezuela.
The legal resolution period is 3 months from filing a complete case, although in practice it ranges from 4 to 8 months depending on the province. The prior documentation phase usually takes an additional 1 to 3 months.
Before filing, we review in detail that you meet the requirements. If there were still a denial, we support you in the appeal or, depending on the case, in judicial proceedings, in collaboration with specialized law firms.
