We write to you as soon as the payment lands, asking for the documents so we can begin. From there the timing depends on the procedure and you'll find it on each product page under «How long it takes»: appointments depend on what the office releases, the express apostille moves in roughly 24 working hours, and the PDF guide downloads straight away.

Stripe handles the checkout, so we never see or store your card details. You can pay by Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and also with Apple Pay or Google Pay. Each product is a single payment for one specific procedure.

Two things worth separating. What you buy here is the handling —finding your appointment, filing the form, obtaining the apostille— not the decision, which always rests with the administration and is not in any agency's hands. If your file is refused or a correction request arrives, we explain what happened and what options you have left.

The starting point. You buy a procedure from the shop when you already know what you need: the appointment, the apostille, the certificate. The advisory session is for when you don't: we start from your situation —when you arrived, on what papers, what you are trying to achieve— and finish with a specific route and a closed quote. If you're torn between two arraigo routes, or unsure whether you should renew or switch status, that's advisory work, not a shop purchase.

Yes, and that is often when it pays off most. Documents issued by your home country —birth certificates, criminal records, diplomas, driving history— we obtain remotely with the details you give us, with no trip back and no favours asked of relatives. Only the procedures that need you physically present, such as TIE fingerprinting, have to wait until you are here.

Yes, in Arroyo de la Miel, Benalmádena, Monday to Friday from 9:30 to 18:00 and Saturdays by appointment. If you would rather talk it through face to face before buying, come by: you can still order the procedure here afterwards, and that way you are not buying blind.
