Service-specific FAQ

What if I don't end up booking the full service?

No problem. The immigration advisory is a self-contained service: you leave with the written roadmap, the timelines and the documentation checklist, and you can execute it yourself or with any other consultancy. If you do continue with AEM, the consultation fee is deducted from the contracted service.

Can I take the session from my country?

Yes. Most of our initial consultations are by video call with people who haven't arrived in Spain yet, precisely so they can prepare documentation from their country of origin. If you are already on the Costa del Sol, you can come to our Arroyo de la Miel office in Benalmádena instead.

Do I need all my documents beforehand?

No. The consultation only needs information: your passport, how long you have been in Spain and your work and family situation. Apostilled documents and sworn translations are prepared afterwards, and only if you decide to go ahead with the procedure the diagnosis points to.

I missed the 2026 extraordinary regularization. Is this consultation still useful?

Yes — this is exactly the case it is built for. The extraordinary window closed on 30 June 2026, but the ordinary routes remain open: in the session we work out which arraigo fits you (sociolaboral, social, family, training or second chance) and what time and documentation you need to prove.

How is it different from the express consultation?

The express consultation is 45 minutes to settle up to three specific questions, with no written deliverable. The immigration advisory runs 60–90 minutes and includes a full analysis of your case plus a personalized written roadmap with timelines, documentation and a fixed quote, delivered within 48–72 hours.
