Apostille Express 24 h

Your apostille handled urgently within 24 hours.

The urgent version of our apostille service: we prioritise your document so you have the Hague Apostille ready in approximately 24 hours.

What this covers

This service exists for one very specific situation: a correction request lands with a ten-working-day deadline, or your immigration appointment is next week, and the list includes an apostilled Argentine document you don't have.

It is the same procedure as the standard apostille, with exactly the same legal validity — there is no first-class and second-class apostille — but your document moves to the front of our queue and is handled as urgent.

Before buying it, it helps to know what this speeds up and what it doesn't. It speeds up our side: preparation, filing and follow-up. It does not speed up the Argentine body's own timings, and it won't help if the underlying document still has to be requested from scratch. If that is your case, tell us before paying and we will be straight with you about whether you'll make it.

Who it's for

  • You have a correction request from the immigration office with a short deadline and are missing an apostilled Argentine document.
  • Your appointment is in a few days and you found out late that the document had to be apostilled.
  • You are filing before a hard cut-off date and cannot risk the standard timeline.
  • You already hold the document and only the apostille is missing.

How it works, step by step

  1. 01

    Tell us the deadline

The first thing we need is when you need it by and which procedure the deadline comes from. With that we can tell you, before you pay, whether it is realistic.

  2. 02

    Immediate document review

We check that the document you have is the right one and is in a fit state to be apostilled. This is where we catch the problems that would make the rush pointless.

  3. 03

    Priority handling

Your document goes to the front of our queue and is filed with the competent body on an urgent basis.

  4. 04

    Continuous updates

We keep you posted on the status without you having to chase us, which is exactly what you want when a clock is running.

  5. 05

    Delivery

You get the apostilled document as soon as it is issued.

What we need from you

  • The document to be apostilled, already issued and in your hands.
  • The real deadline and which procedure it comes from, so we can judge whether we make it.
  • Your full details exactly as they appear on the document.

How long it takes

We work to deliver in roughly 24 working hours from the moment we have the document and your details. Working hours means a Friday afternoon does not count the same as a Monday morning. If anything gets in the way we tell you straight away rather than letting you find out too late.

Mistakes we see often

  • Buying the express service when the underlying document does not exist yet. The rush applies to the apostille, not to issuing a certificate from scratch in Argentina.
  • Telling us the deadline after paying. Tell us first and we will say whether it is worth it.
  • Paying for express handling on a document that, once reviewed, was not the one the procedure asked for.
  • Reading 24 hours as 24 calendar hours. The window is counted in working hours.

What's included

  • Priority processing of the apostille
  • Urgent handling with the competent body
  • Fast confirmation of the procedure's status
  • Direct support throughout the process

What's not included

  • Issuing the underlying document if you don't have it. That is the standard apostille service, with its own timings.
  • Sworn translation.
  • Filing the document in your procedure.

Frequently asked

Is it really done in 24 hours?

We work to deliver in roughly 24 working hours from the point we have the document and your full details. If anything comes up that prevents it, we tell you immediately instead of leaving you waiting.

How is it different from the standard apostille?

In priority, not in the result. The apostille you receive is exactly the same and carries the same legal validity. What changes is that your document jumps the ordinary queue and is handled as urgent.

I have a ten-day correction request. Will I make it?

It depends on whether you already hold the document. If you do and only the apostille is missing, usually yes. If it has to be requested from scratch in Argentina, our urgency does not change the issuing body's timings. Tell us before paying and we will give you a straight answer.

Does it work if I don't have the document yet?

No, and we would rather say so before you overpay. This service speeds up the apostille on a document that already exists. If it has to be requested first, what you need is the standard apostille service, because the timing is set by the Argentine body that issues it.

Can I order it on a Friday?

You can, but the window is measured in working hours. An order placed on Friday afternoon moves on Monday. If your deadline falls on a weekend or a public holiday, tell us so we can set expectations from the start.

Does it cover documents from any country?

No. Like the standard apostille, this service is only for documents issued in Argentina, because the apostille always comes from the issuing country and that is where we file.

How do I know my document is the one being asked for?

This is the check that saves the most rush jobs, because speed is worthless if the paper is wrong. The Hague Apostille guide for Argentinian documents sets out, document by document, which version each Spanish procedure requires and how long it stays valid. If you are still unsure, tell us before hiring the urgent track.

Secure payment handled by Stripe. After payment we'll get in touch with you to start your procedure.
