Hence the people paying resellers — which, on top of being illegal, tends to go wrong: Spain's Supreme Court declared that resale void and prosecutable in 2024.

Arraigos, family reunifications and renewals are filed through Mercurio, the electronic registry, with a digital certificate or professional representation. How long it takes
It depends entirely on what the portal releases, so we won't promise you a date: be wary of anyone who does. What we do is search continuously until one turns up, rather than looking once and writing you off. If you have a hard deadline — the one month you get to apply for the TIE after a favourable decision, say — tell us at the start so we prioritise your search.
Mistakes we see often
- Paying a reseller. Beyond being void and prosecutable since Supreme Court ruling 198/2024, you hand your personal data to a stranger and the slot often never arrives, or arrives assigned to the wrong procedure.
- Booking an appointment for a procedure that is already filed online through Mercurio and needs none.
- Hammering F5, using a VPN or double-clicking «next». It locks your session and shuts you out for a while.
- Picking the wrong procedure in the dropdown. The appointment exists but is useless, and they send you back from the counter.
- Turning up without the full set of documents. The slot is lost and you start over.

Frequently asked
Why is it so hard to get an appointment?
Because demand for immigration appointments far outstrips the slots released, and in Málaga one office covers the entire province. We do the searching for you, continuously, until a slot appears — which is the difference between checking once and actually hunting.
Which procedures does it cover?
NIE, EU Citizen Registration Certificate (CUE) and fingerprinting for the card. If yours is something else, write to us before buying and we'll confirm whether it is covered.
Is this the same as buying an appointment from a reseller?
No, and the difference matters. A reseller hoards slots and sells you one already booked, which Spain's Supreme Court declared void and prosecutable in 2024. We search for and book the appointment in your name on the official portal, and charge you for the search and for handling the form and the fee.
Do I actually need an appointment for my procedure?
You might not. Since Mercurio was generalised, arraigos, family reunifications and renewals are filed electronically with a digital certificate or professional representation, without setting foot in the office. The appointment is only needed later, for TIE fingerprints. Tell us your case before buying: if you don't need one, we'll say so.
Can you get me an appointment in another province?
Yes. Immigration appointments are national and by law you can book at any office in the country, not just the one covering your address. Córdoba and Granada often have looser supply than Málaga for TIE fingerprints. Weigh up the trip before deciding.
How long will it take you to find one?
That depends on what the portal releases, not on us, so we won't quote a date we cannot stand behind. What we do commit to is active, continuous searching until one appears, and telling you the moment it is booked.
Is the fee included?
Yes. In this service we pay the procedure fee and complete the official form, so you don't have to wrestle with the 790 form or the bank payment yourself.
What do I need to bring on the day?
It depends on the procedure, which is why we send you the specific list along with the confirmation rather than a generic one. At minimum, your valid passport and the appointment receipt. Turning up one document short is the number one cause of lost appointments.
